DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PURPOSE AND USAGE OF LICENSE RIGHTS:
Personal usage includes display as personal décor, on personal website or profiles, on gifts or other items made for personal use that are not sold for profit.
Promotional usage includes use on business cards, stationary, flyers, ads, professional websites, and promotional materials not sold for profit.
Buyer must display copyright symbol and artist’s name wherever image is used, and include a url and link to www.cristinasangels.com whenever possible.
The rights granted in this contract are non-exclusive. Additional rights, including reproduction and merchandising rights to create goods sold for profit are negotiable for additional compensation.
Cristina McAllister retains copyright of the image, including reproduction of the image in digital or other media for display and sale, portfolio display and promotional use.
